PetTech.co.uk Ltd delivery costs: £3.99. U.K mainland delivery in some cases you will receive your order the next day or up to 2-5 working days after items have been dispatched. Delivery policy guarantee we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We know that you don’t want to wait days for your order to arrive that’s why we send every order within the UK Mainland by couriers: DPD Next Day, DHL Express UK Mail, Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Evri & Yodel. Which means that you should receive your parcel the following working day after it has been dispatched or within the next 2-5 working days. Orders received before 2pm on a working day will be dispatched on the same day! However although we promise to dispatch your order quickly as possible. Delivery is not guaranteed within this timescale and parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations. How will my parcel be sent UK mainland? Standard postage cost £3.99 U.K mainland dependent on the weight and size of your order and will be sent Royal Mail Second Class and should take 2-5 working days for delivery. Should the item not arrive within this time scale please contact your local sorting office to ensure that they are not holding the item for you. Please note: Royal Mail do not class an item missing until 15 working days has passed as they say it can still be delivered until this time. Standard Postage for multiple orders or large items will be sent using a courier and should take 2 -5 days for delivery. Postage cost £3.99 (on most items) these will be sent Royal Mail 48 tracked and should take 1-2 working days for delivery after your order has been dispatched. Should the item not arrive within this time scale please contact your local sorting office to ensure that they are not holding the item for you. Please note: there may be items that we are unable to send if this is the case we will update you the details via email. How will I know when my order has been dispatched? When your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail notification. Parcels sent to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, certain parts of Scotland will usually take a little longer to arrive. Unfortunately there are certain items that we are unable to post overseas due to our delivery couriers not accepting as UK mainland if this is the case with any part of your order we will contact you immediately by email. Please note: we are currently only shipping to UK mainland in some orders we can’t deliver heavier items over 2kg to Northern Ireland.
